Heat Exchanger
These all-ceramic, air-to-air heat exchangers capture your hot flue gases up to 2400°F that contain particulate/acid laden process gas and supply preheated clean air back to your furnace for preheating of ingots or solution heat treating to reduce your energy consumption. Depending upon your flue-gas temperatures, you can reduce your natural gas usage by as much as 38% by installing an HTI ceramic heat exchanger. Each unit is available from 100,000 to 30,000,000 BTU per hour and is supplied with a patented tube-to-tube sheet construction. Tube diameter and length, tube spacing, tube materials and zoning are all determined to meet actual plant requirements.
