Inert Atmosphere Cabinet Oven
No. 805 is a 1250°F electric inert atmosphere batch cabinet oven used for annealing copper motor coil parts. Workspace of this unit measures 36 inches wide x 96 inches deep x 36 inches high. A 4,000-CFM, 3-HP recirculating blower provides universal airflow to the workload, and 60 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven. It has 10-inch insulated walls throughout comprised of 2 inches of 1900°F block and 8 inches of 10-pound-density rock wool. A 975-CFM blower is on board to pull air through the inner oven for cooling.
