Batch Oven
Wisconsin Oven offers a gas-fired batch oven to cure ceramic coatings on assorted parts for the aerospace industry. The oven has combination airflow, work-chamber dimensions of 6 feet wide x 7 feet long x 8 feet high and a 650°F maximum operating temperature. The oven features a 7,000 CFM at 7.5-HP recirculation blower, 900 CFM at 1-HP powered exhaust blower, class-A rating for solvents and modulating damper system. It also has pneumatically operated vertical lift doors and 2-inch-thick reinforced insulated floors with wheel guides for manually loaded carts.
