Thermal Technology Expands Capabilities
October 10, 2008
Thermal Technology (Santa Rosa, Calif.) expanded its refractory-metal hot-zone fabrication capabilities by adding almost 4,000 square feet of production space and increasing manpower. This expansion doubles Thermal Technology’s refractory-metal hot-zone fabrication capability and decreases order lead time for related furnaces, hot zones and their components. Thermal Technology produces high-temperature vacuum furnaces, many of which require elements and shielding systems fabricated from refractory metals such as molybdenum and tungsten.
