Bodycote announced the acquisition of three United Kingdom companies, Plasma & Thermal Coatings Ltd., Greenhey Engineering Services and NPE Innotek Ltd. All three companies will join the Metallurgical Coatings division of Bodycote’s Thermal Processing Group. All three acquisitions further enhance the expertise and range of services provided by Bodycote’s Metallurgical Coatings division.

Plasma & Thermal Coatings provides plasma spray, HVOF, arc spray and flame spray coatings. The facility is Nadcap accredited for the thermal-spray coatings of aerospace components. Greenhey Engineering Services offers thermal-spray capability as well as ceramic coatings. NPE Innotek is a precision engineering company offering precision tooling and machining solutions.
