Reactor Furnace
The 1100°C benchtop, rotary reactor furnace heats powder and granular materials on the laboratory scale but is particularly suited for the simulation of larger industrial rotary calcining processes. Processing can be carried out in either air or inert gas environments. A quartz vessel that rotates 315 degrees in alternate directions, combined with its internal fluted design, creates a tumbling or mixing action that ensures uniform heating of the material. Additional features include a variable speed control, temperature control and gas flow meter.
