Gas-Heated Conveyor Oven
No. 830 is a 1200°F gas-heated belt conveyor oven used for preheating electric motor rotors. It has 800,000 BTU/hr installed in a modulating gas burner, while a 6,000-CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides vertical downward airflow to the workload. No. 830 features 10-inch-thick insulated walls and has an aluminized steel exterior. All safety devices required by IRI, FM and NFPA Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment are built into this unit.
