Wally Bamford, the former chairman of Can-Eng Furnaces, announced the sale of the business to G. John Krediet and the current president of Can-Eng Furnaces, Alan Van Geyn. The management team of the company will remain unchanged. Moving forward, Can-Eng Furnaces will operate under the new name Can-Eng Furnaces International Ltd.

Mr. Bamford will remain with the company by serving on its advisory board. Mr. Van Geyn has been with the company since 1994 and has served as president since 2005. Can-Eng will continue to focus on long-term growth and profitability in the international thermal-processing-equipment marketplace.
