On Dec. 5, 2007, Schwarzkopf Technologies LLC (STC) of Franklin, Mass., changed its name to PLANSEE USA LLC. Schwarzkopf Technologies was incorporated in the United States in 1939 by Dr. Paul Schwarzkopf, the founder of PLANSEE. For almost seven decades, Schwarzkopf Technologies contributed to the success of the PLANSEE Group. The name change will allow the company to benefit from the power of the international PLANSEE brand and the synergies generated with the group.
