Digital Controller
The ADMET Quattro is a Microsoft Windows-based multi-channel single-axis digital controller for dynamic fatigue testing. The Windows-based application program features a familiar menu and tab-based user interface that facilitates quick programming of an unlimited number of complete test routines. The Quattro, optimized for cyclic testing up to 30Hz, uses an embedded 32-bit high-speed ARM processor for data acquisition and control. A digital PID filter allows for precise control of ramp and hold, sawtooth, sine and square wave profiles. Standard are force, position and two strain inputs. Control profiles, such as single-channel cycling between force limits at a give force rate, can be easily programmed.
