Axle Inspection Stand
ShaftScan 300 is an inspection stand to test the hardened bearing surface of axles. This off-line audit inspection system monitors residual stress and detects grinding damage and some heat-treatment qualities. The system requires manual loading an unloading of the axle and positioning of the stand’s sensor. Test information is displayed on a Rollscan central unit, shown on a monitor and automatically saved on a PC.
