No. 805 is a 1250°F electric inert-atmosphere batch cabinet oven used for annealing. The workspace of this unit measures 36 inches x 96 inches x 36 inches. A 4,000 CFM, 3 HP recirculating blower provides universal airflow to the workload, and 60 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven. This oven has 10-inch insulated walls throughout, comprised of 2 inches of 1900°F block and 8 inches of 10-pound-density rockwool.
