Tungsten coated molybdenum sheathed thermocouples for graphite environments last several months at temperatures over 2000°C. Nanmac’s A12D series of tungsten coated thermocouples protect the molybdenum sheath from the harsh graphite environment, dramatically increasing thermocouple life span and decreasing maintenance costs and downtime.
