Duplex Stainless Steel
AL 2003™ is a duplex stainless steel that is nominally 20% chromium, 3% nickel and 1.7% molybdenum. AL 2003 features high strength and excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance along with general and pitting corrosion resistance superior to 316L stainless. Its low nickel and molybdenum content makes AL 2003 an economical way to upgrade performance over 316L.
