Infrared Ovens

Vulcan introduces a modular line of catalytic infrared ovens for booster, pre-gel and full cure applications of powder and the drying of liquid coatings on metal, wood and textiles. These infrared ovens replace convection ovens with fully reflected IR technology and can provide up to 50% savings in existing BTU consumption, faster line speeds and no cross contamination. Catalyzing natural gas within the oven to heat a part directly, this flameless technology produces a uniform, low-intensity heat and can be provided as a standalone booster/gel oven or inserted into a convection oven.
