The Insulfrax® S Blanket is manufactured using enhanced fiberization techniques combined with new proprietary process technology. It offers higher temperature capability than the Insulfrax 1800 Blanket that it replaces. Insulfrax S Blanket has a continuous use limit of 1100°C (2012°F) and a temperature grade of 2300°F. In addition, its melting point has been improved to provide customers with an increased safety margin. Insulfrax S Blanket has excellent thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance and low heat storage as well as ease of cutting and fabrication.www.unifrax.com
