Induction Atmospheres

The Model AB-1 is an efficient induction heating system designed for automated industrial brazing and soldering. With a compact 5' x 6' footprint, it is designed for open-air brazing in a lean manufacturing environment. The AB-1 is equipped with energy-efficient induction heating power supplies and a four- or six-position indexing table for easy loading and unloading. The system can be configured with up to three brazing stations depending on process requirements. Brazing cycle times are typically less than 20 seconds per part and as fast as three seconds per part. The unit is completely self-contained with a built-in water-to-air heat exchanger.
