Gulf States Tube LTD. purchased a roller hearth annealing furnace system from SECO/WARWICK to process 10,000 pounds per hour of 1-inch-diameter tubing at their Texas facility.

Gulf States Tube LTD.purchased a roller hearth annealing furnace system fromSECO/WARWICKto process 10,000 pounds per hour of 1-inch-diameter tubing at their Texas facility. The tubing will vary in size from 5/8 of an inch to 2 inches outside diameter with output rates varying with process requirements of the tubing being processed. Delivery is scheduled for November 2006.

The complete system, which includes furnace, load/unload tables, control system, Exogas® (exothermic) generator and refrigerant dryer, will be designed and manufactured in SECO/WARWICK's Meadville, Pa., facility.
