A comprehensive line of protective-atmosphere elevator-quench furnaces in the #7000 EQ series combines a pre-heat sec-tion, hardening chamber, cooling vestibules, and quench tank in one integrated unit. The furnaces are available in eight stan-dard sizes, ranging in workload capacity from 15 to 55 lb. They are suitable for low-production, scale-free applications. The series is available with a number of options, including pusher rod assembly, air-operated doors, fan-or-water-cooled vestibule, quench tank agitation and heating, sight ports, flowmeter, and regulator. All furnaces are standard with digital temperature controls and are completely pre-wired, tested, and shipped ready for connection to a power and atmosphere supply.
