The Cryogenic Institute of New England, Inc. acquired an additional cryogenic thermal cycling system that will allow for expanded capacity and enhance the company’s Nitrofreeze® cryogenic treatment service and Nitrofreeze® cryogenic thermal cycling service. These services promote residual stress relief, material stabilization, enhanced wear characteristics and crystalline microstructure transformation in metals. The new system is capable of following extreme process ramps and profiles that will meet any customers’ requirements.
