Hoeganaes Corporation, Cinna-minson, NJ, has exercised a call option with respect to the 20 percent minority interest presently owned by Höganäs AB of Sweden. Höganäs AB has retained a minority interest since it sold the company to Interlake in 1968. Hoeganaes recently completed a $100 million investment in its Gallatin, Tennessee plant and has established a warehouse in Europe.
