This super clean copper tube furnace is designed and supplied through a cooperation agreement with Daido Steel. This continuous furnace is designed to eliminate the special cleaning of the coils. The furnace purging system removes virtually all residual lubricants and oxidants. The main features of the furnace include patented automatic tube purge systems, oil recycling system, purge gas preheat system, 3 to 6 stacked coils that save space and an optional purging gas recycle system.
