Qual-Fab Inc., Cleveland, Ohio, purchased the assets of North Coast Steel and Mfg. Co., also in Cleveland. North Coast Steel has been a fabricator of inner covers, other large stainless retorts and heavy mild steel fabrications for more than 20 years with specialized capabilities with stainless and high nickel alloys, as well as carbon steels. With this purchase, Qual-Fab now can roll up to 16 ft sections and with corrugated walls.
