The Industrial Automation and Control business of Honeywell, Phoenix, AZ, has signed a three-year plus, global alliance agreement with Conoco Inc. The alliance, which expands the existing business relationship between the two companies, calls for Honeywell to be Conoco's first-choice automation supplier, leveraging Honeywell's core competencies throughout all business segments. The alliance represents the first global agreement signed by Conoco since its separation from DuPoint in August 1999.
