Ajax Tocco Magnethermic Corp. has brought together Ajax and Tocco, two global induction-heating companies, to form Ajax Tocco International Ltd. in the UK. All UK operations will be run from the new facility in Satley, Birmingham, with the old facilities in Birmingham and Oxford being closed down. The primary objective of the new company will be to provide complete induction heating service in four key areas-equipment design, commercial heat treatment and induction processes, inductor design and manufacturing, as well as service, support and parts.
