The latest versions of I-DEAS ESC and TMG, the thermal/fluid analysis software, provides for sophisticated thermal and flow analysis as part of a collaborative engineering design. The software enables three-dimensional (3D) part modeling to be used as the foundation for thermal, thermal/flow and thermal stress analysis by allowing the user to efficiently create and fully associate FE models with abstracted analysis geometry. The software can model thermal/fluid problems in smelting furnaces, plating baths and electrical and electronic assemblies and devices.
