Trutec Industries Inc. of Ohio has acquired Moore, McMillen Industries (MMI) Inc., Sevierville, Tenn. MMI, with locations in Tennessee and Arkansas, performs proprietary salt bath nitriding processes that enhance the wear and corrosion resistance of metal components. Trutec Industries Inc. operates two facilities in Ohio, performing heat-treating and metal coating services. As a result of the acquisition, Trutec retained the employees of MMI and formed a new corporation, MMI-Trutec Inc.
