(PRNewswire) IMPCO Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of alternative fuel products and systems in Cerritos, Calif., signed a joint venture agreement with AFG s.a.e in Egypt. The joint venture, IMPCO Egypt s.a.e headquartered in Cairo, will focus on the development and sales of IMPCO product into the alternative fuel industry. AFG has experience in the quality, environmental and automotive sectors with business interests throughout the Middle East.
