Rolled Alloys

RA 602 CA(tm) is a newly developed nickel-base heat resistant alloy containing 2.2% aluminum. It offers longer service life than fixtures made of traditional heat resistant alloys and stainless steels. Excellent scaling resistance and high creep rupture strength allow it to operate at temperature to 2200 F (1205 C). Common applications include vacuum furnace racks, retorts, sintering and brazing muffles, calciners and radiant tubes. Pictured is a RA 602 CA calciner shell processing metal oxide pigments at temperatures in excess of 1832 F (1000 C).
