National Metal Processing Orders Batch Integral Furnace Line

National Metal Processing, a commercial heat treating company in Richmond, Ky., ordered a Super Allcase(r) batch integral quench furnace line with companion equipment from Surface Combustion Inc., Maumee, Ohio. The furnace line will consist of one Allcase(r) batch integral quench furnace, gas-fired, with atmosphere top cool and oil quench, one Uni-DRAW(r) temper furnace, one P/M UniDRAW(r) high convection batch tempering furnace, one RX(r) endothermic gas generator with ENDOQUENCH(r) air cooled heat exchanger, one spray/dunk companion washer and a wide array of companion equipment including a charge car and multiple work handling tables. The furnace line can process effective work sizes up to 36 in. wide by 48 in. long by 36 in. high. All Allcase furnaces will have a maximum furnace operating temperature of 1950 F.
