The Wilson(r) AutoTest Assistant (ATA) Systems are technology packages comprised of software and hardware components designed to increase productivity, accuracy and efficiency of hardness testers. Through automating measurement and the stage navigation process, these systems provide automatic indentation and measurement for a variety of microindentation, Vickers, MicroRockwell and Rockwell applications. The ATA systems are available in three versions: ATA Basic is a PC-based video filar measurement system, ATA Plus adds semiautomatic indentation and measurement, and ATA Premium provides fully automatic indentation and measurement.
