Series 9200 vacuum furnace controller with color touch-screen operator interface controls temperature and monitors pressure. As many as 16 user configurable output events are possible. The operator interface doubles as a color video recorder with Ethernet (Modbus TPC) and Modbus(r) communications, eliminating the need for a separate chart recorder. The controller is a fully functional PID controller with two control relay outputs, two current (4-20mA) outputs and two alarm relays. It can be retrofitted on existing equipment using electromechanical or PLC logic.
