Molybdenum Disilicide elements are now available in special shapes. The Moly-D element can be bent to form full cylinder elements, half cylinder elements and multishank flat panel type elements. Moly-D elements mounted to high-temperature insulation are limited to 1600 C (2910 F) element temperature. Custom designs are available.
