In a report released by the Metal Treating Institute, the Metal Treating Industry's Analysis of National Billings finds July 2003 sales were $65 million, off 0.9% from July 2002's total of $65.6 million. For all of 2003, commercial heat treaters posted billings of $495.7 million, a decline of 0.9% from the prior year when billings amounted to $500.2 million.
