January 10, 2003
Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF), Princeton, N.J., offers International Atlas of Powder Metallurgical Microstructures by P. Beiss, K. Dalal and R. Peters. The authors have gathered an extensive array of microstructures, including a large selection of North American materials and have presented them in a clear and concise manner. The book includes sections on powders, the influence of fabrication parameters on the microstructure of PM-materials, selected iron base materials, selected nonferrous alloys, defects in materials and components, and color metallography.
