Eclipse Inc., Rockford, Ill., and Red-Ray Mfg. Co., Cliffside Park, N.J., entered into a marketing and distribution agreement to promote industrial infrared process heating. As part of this agreement, Red-Ray has acquired the Eclipse Infra-Red Burner product line, including the Infra-Rad, Infra-Glo and Ultra-Rad burners. In addition, Red-Ray will handle the entire production and support of this product line, which Eclipse will continue to distribute. Eclipse will additionally have full access to Red-Ray's Infrared Burner line to supply Infra-Red systems through the Eclipse Sales, Engineering and Systems groups.
