ALD and AFE Technologies Reach Agreement

ALD Vacuum Technologies AG, Hanau, Germany, and AFE Technologies, Arnage Cedex, France, has joined forces to look at ways of solving technical problems together. ALD has developed new plants and processes for vacuum carburizing with high pressure gas quenching over the past few years and thus secured international patent rights in an application sector. AFE has developed alloys to manufacture charge fixtures that meet the exact specifications required in vacuum carburizing processes. Both companies operate throughout the world and work together with qualified sales partners in many countries.
