The NITROSWINGR PSA Nitrogen Generation Plants are applicable in small- to medium-size steel mills where an economical and reliable source of nitrogen is essential. The plants are designed to meet the needs of users who require more than 10 mtpd (300 Nm3/hr) of high-purity nitrogen. Purity levels of up to .05% O2 can be achieved by a stand-alone NITROSWING plant; subsequent purification easily allows the user to generate even higher purity gaseous nitrogen.
