The PMA/Philips Uniflex-DMS strain gauge/load cell transmitter is designed for "top hat" DIN rail mounting and is intended for direct connection of strain-gauge sensors and load cells. The unit is equipped with a highly stable bridge supply of 12 VDC at 150 mAdc. Configuration is via the front panel keys or remotely via a PC port. The scaling range is from -999 to +9999. The mV input can be processed directly or can be linearized to engineering units by means of an 8-point curve. This curve is helpful in level application with non-linear vessels where readings in engineering units are preferred rather than 0-100% of level.
