The FireView(tm) hybrid analyzer provides accurate characterization of combustion to reduce both fuel use and harmful emissions. By combining in-situ and extractive sensors, The FireView generates the complete oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), and nitrous oxides (NOx) profile essential for combustion optimization in fossil fuel boilers, furnaces, reformers and process heaters in the refining, hydrocarbon processing, chemical processing and glass industries. The analyzer uses a high-temperature probe to directly measure O2 and temperature in the combustion chamber. The sensor serves as a sample port for extractive CO and NOx analysis. By measuring in the firebox, the FireView allows users to react quickly to changes in the process and pinpoint problem areas for maximum combustion efficiency and EPA permit compliance.
