The Extran(tm) Ultrafiltration System, Model "E" is designed to remove oil from wash water. The reduced size unit is portable for ease of processing multiple tanks. The proprietary cellulose based filtration system removes free oil, emulsified oil and particles from parts washing water and returns clean water and soluble detergent to the wash bath. The stainless steel unit is built on a small 3 by 4 ft. (914 by 1,219 mm) skid on casters and has the capability to process 100 to 500 gpd (378 to 1,892 liter/d). No cleaning is required.
