ISA Sales and Service, a newly formed firm in Chesterton, Ind., purchased the ceramic fiber assets of ISA Manufacturing Inc., of Portage, Ind. ISA, a leading distributor and specialty fabricator of Unifrax Industrial Products, will also be a representative for Insulation Specialties of America's high-temperature vacuum form shapes and board, as well as a representative for Delta Stud Weld, a manufacturer of steel refractory anchors and related installation equipment. Rick Kasick, Bart Somers and Don Somers make up the management team, and collectively have more than 80 years of experience serving the high-temperature-related industries.
