Techint Technologies in Italy and its new Chinese company, Techint Industrial Technologies Co., have been awarded a contract for the engineering, supply and supervision of a Consteel(r) EAF for the Jiaxing Dongfang Iron & Steel Company in the province of Zhejiang.

Techint Technologies in Italy (www.techint-technologies.com) and its new Chinese company, Techint Industrial Technologies Co., have been awarded a contract for the engineering, supply and supervision of a Consteel(r) EAF for the Jiaxing Dongfang Iron & Steel Company in the province of Zhejiang. The furnace has a 75 ton tapping size and 45 MVA plus 10% transformer power.
