Techint Goodfellow Technologies Inc. (TGTI) in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada signed a contract with Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) to develop and demonstrate Techint's Goodfellow EFSOP™ system, developed for electric arc furnace steelmaking, for use in other combustion-intensive industries to improve energy efficiency and decrease greenhouse gas emissions.

(TGTI) in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (http://www.techint-technologies.com) signed a contract with Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) to develop and demonstrate Techint's Goodfellow EFSOP™ system, developed for electric arc furnace steelmaking, for use in other combustion-intensive industries to improve energy efficiency and decrease greenhouse gas emissions. The project is being partially funded with a $4 million contribution over three years from SDTC and leveraged by an investment of over $8 million from a consortium led by Techint, for a total project value of over $12 million.
