The sales force of Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co., St. Louis, MO, challenged its counterpart at Chromalox, a division of Emerson Electric, to support their respective company's teams competing in the Sixth Annual Family Resource Center (FRC) Golf Tournament. Each sales force wagered $5,000 that their team would finish with the better score. The tournament and charity auction were held on August 14 and raised over $108,000 for FRC. Watlow's team finished the 4-person scramble with a score of 60, out-shooting the Chromalox team by 8 strokes.
