The family of water soluble rust inhibitors are non-oily, non-measurable films that preserve the original luster or brightness of metal surfaces. Heatbath 1438 is a fast-drying, nitrite-free product engineered for use in the final rinse after plating, cleaning, pickling, phosphating, and blackening. Heatbath 1565 is created for maximum paint compatibility for steel and cast iron. Heatbath 1567 offers corrosion protection for ferrous products between machining operations and following vibratory finishing. The fourth product, Pen Tek, is formulated for use over black oxide finishes.
