The upgraded ST Series of infrared thermometers incorporate circular laser sighting to better identify the measurement area, and improved optical resolution to measure smaller areas from the same distance (or the same area from a greater distance). The models have improved optics of 12:1, 30:1, and 50:1 and an expanded temperature range of -25 to 950¯F (-32 to 545¯C); -25 to 1100¯F (-32 to 600¯C); and -25 to 1400¯F (-32 to 760¯C). The ST20's current range of -25 to 750¯F (-32 to 400¯C) is unchanged. The units have increased ruggedness and improved sighting system.
