The Die KoteR 7275-M die spray can be used in one central system running both aluminum and zinc die casting equipment. The additives of the spray create a balanced mixture of parting agents, anti-solder additives, corrosion inhibitors, surfactants, and biocides that can run at various concentrations for different part sizes. The mixture enables specification of the amount of product needed for each job to reduce in-use costs. The spray produces less build-up on the dies, improving machine uptime by reducing the time needed in polishing die surfaces.
