Furnace Line Purchased in Mexico

Airsystem, S.A. De C.V. in Mexico has purchased a radiation controlled atmosphere braze furnace line from SECO/WARWICK Corp., Meadville, PA, to braze aluminum radiators, condensers, and evaporators in their Merida, Mexico facility. The system features a 4-zone radiation type brazing furnace that will utilize bayonet heating elements for heat input. The ACCUBRAZER control system maintains proper parameters for tight process requirements, and an in-line dry-off oven eliminates the need for a separate conveyor/ drive control to save cost and maintenance.
