The UNISCAN IIR is a dual-spindle, vertical-scan hardening system for mid-to-high volume operations. It features a built-in transistorized solid-state power supply, heat station components, programmable sensor controls, servo indexing, and quench recirculating systems. All interconnections, wiring, and plumbing are factory installed and tested. Unitized construction reduces floor space requirements from 20% to 50%. The available power ratings for this system range from 100 to 300 kW with frequencies of 10 or 30 kHz.
